Announcement of Enrollment for the Part-time Undergraduate Program and Bridging Program (from Intermediate or College to University Level) – September 2025 Intake

I. Part-time Undergraduate Program

Majors offered:

Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Nursing, Public Health, English Language, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Finance and Banking.

Eligible applicants:

Candidates who have obtained a High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Admission method:

Application-based admission (Evaluation of academic records).

Tuition Fees and Application Fees

1. Nursing

• Tuition fee: 650,000 VND per credit.

• Application fee: 300,000 VND per application.

2. Other majors:

Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Public Health, English Language, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Finance and Banking.

• Tuition fee: 550,000 VND per credit.

• Application fee: 300,000 VND per application.

Note:

• Admission requirements for the Nursing program:
  
  Applicants must have achieved an overall Good academic performance in all three years of high school or a High School Graduation Score of 6.5 or above.

• The University does not refund application fees or submitted documents under any circumstances.

II. Bridging Program (from Intermediate or College to University Level)

Majors offered:

Nursing, Public Health, Construction Engineering Technology, Information Technology, English Language, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Accounting, Finance and Banking.

Eligible applicants:

Candidates who have graduated from an Intermediate or College program in the same or a related field.

Admission method:

Evaluation based on the applicant’s academic transcripts and Intermediate, College, or University diploma.

Duration, Tuition Fees, and Application Fees

1. Duration of Study and Tuition Fees:

Notes:

• Nursing:

• Tuition fee for Bachelor’s degree: 10,920,000 VND per semester.

• Students will receive a 10% tuition discount if they pay the full tuition fee for the entire course in a single payment.

• Public Health, Construction Engineering Technology, Information Technology, English Language, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Travel Service Management, Accounting, Finance and Banking:

• Tuition fee for Bachelor’s degree: 10,650,000 VND per semester.

• Tuition fee for Engineer’s degree: 10,650,000 VND per semester.

• Students will receive a 10% tuition discount if they pay the full tuition fee for the entire course in a single payment.

2.2. Application Fee: 300,000 VND per applicant.

Note:

– For the Nursing program, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Have graduated from an Intermediate, College, or University program with a classification of Good or higher;

2. Have graduated from high school with a Good academic performance, or have an average academic performance in high school and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the nursing or healthcare field;

3. Have achieved a Good academic performance in high school or an average overall score of 6.5 or higher in high school academic subjects.

– The University does not refund the application fee or submitted documents under any circumstances.

IV. Training Location, Program Structure, and Application Submission Details

Training location: No. 327 Dao Tan Street, Quy Nhon Bac Ward, Gia Lai Province.

Training organization: The program is conducted under a credit-based system.

Mode of study: A combination of on-site (in-person) and online learning.

Class schedule: Depending on the conditions and needs of the applicants, classes will be organized in one of the following formats:

• Weekend schedule: Friday evenings, and full days on Saturday and Sunday.

• Evening schedule: Monday to Friday evenings, and full days on Saturday and Sunday.

• Application period: From the date of this announcement until September 20, 2025.

• Expected admission review date: September 22, 2025.

• Expected enrollment date: September 26, 2025.
